Our stay was fine. The bed was hard, and the bathroom sink is in a really weird spot. Also zero privacy for the shower, no door closing it off from the rest of the room. Awkward. We had an issue checking in as they claimed they couldn’t find our reservation.

No fue lo que esperaba.
Me quisieron cobrar extra por una habitación "sencilla" pero con mejor vista, que, en ocasiones anteriores me la han dado sin ningún cargo extra cuando la encuentro disponible. La habitación que me asignaron estaba sucia, en el baño habían cabellos de mujer, la ropa de cama tenia manchas de tierra, no me dejaron toallas en la habitación, las ventanas estaban manchadas de cinta, el ultimo día no había agua en todo el hotel, no nos pudimos ni bañar, ni nada referente al aseo personal. Lastima de hotel, estaba muy bonito, tiene excelente ubicación pero si lo sigue descuidando el personal a cargo pronto nadie se quería hospedar ahí.

NO Recomendable
Muy mala experiencia. Habitación muy pequeña para dos camas matrimoniales en ocupación de 4 personas. NO Recomendable para hospedarse con adultos mayores o personas con discapacidad. Baño , regadera en espacios muy muy reducido con puertas sin seguro ni extractor o ventilación de malos olores. No cuenta con agarraderas en regadera para adultos mayores. No hay mesa adecuada para poder al menos cosas personales de viaje y mucho menos para poder sentarse con una computadora a trabajar. Alimentos en desayunos incluidos de muy mala calidad y nula variedad diaria. en las 4 noches de estancia todos los dias fue mismo desayuno. De fruta, solo platanos no frescos, ya muy maduros pero lo único comible. Las pocas manzanas puestas muy pequeñas y de piel arrugada de lo viejo de las manzanas. La poca comida de muy mala calidad. El servicio del personal no del todo amable. En horarios de desayuno, limitados hasta los vasos para agua o sobres de Tés. Hay que pedirlos al personal de administración, y no al de Restaurante.
