Dear Expedia Team,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at [Hotel Name], which I booked through your platform. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected, and I feel compelled to share my concerns.
During our stay, the weather was extremely hot, and the hotel rooms did not have air conditioning. Although a fan was provided in our room, it was broken, making the situation unbearable. When I informed the only staff member on duty, she mentioned that she couldn't replace or fix the fan until the next day. However, we were scheduled to check out the following morning, so this did nothing to alleviate the discomfort we faced.
The heat in the room was so intense that we couldn’t sleep at all. Other guests around us were also struggling, with many leaving their doors open to try and get some airflow into their rooms. It was clear that many were unhappy with the situation, and some even mentioned that they would also be filing complaints.
Our night was so uncomfortable that we ended up sleeping on the ferry during our travels the next day because we were completely exhausted. This made our overall experience very inconvenient and frustrating.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as the lack of comfort and service significantly impacted our stay.
