What a hidden gem! This is a very welcoming, clean, and comfortable place to stay in Inverness. Ian was an excellent host and is very knowledgeable about the area. I highly recommend this hotel! Breakfast was excellent too. The staff went out of their way to ensure a Very pleasant stay.!

This hotel is right on Church Street and right in the middle of all the shops, pubs, etc. The owner was absolutely fantastic and so accommodating. We left very early for Edinburgh and he left out a kettle to make coffee, toaster, bread, cereals and other snacks because we were missing the breakfast that was included in the price.

This is a family run property with owners who are very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were delicious. The property is older, located in the historic downtown area of Inverness, very convenient to the railway station, bus lines, tourist facilities and many nearby restaurants, including several with live music. Our room was large and had a very recently renovated bathroom, opening windows and comfortable beds. The only disadvantage was the lack of an elevator.
