No booking
Arrived to a smell of curry and no booking even though I had phoned to confirm. took them naerly 2 hours extra to get us settled in to a different apartment.
Blamed to lost booking on a worker who was on "holiday"!! Took the money out of my account without reference and refused to give me a receipt or invoice, said I had to get one from expedia???? and tried to charge city tax for 11 days when the Rome Council's maximum charge is 10 days. A package of rail tickets that I had requested be delivered to the Oscar Rooms had arrived, but took some finding and was eventually dekivered opened although clearly addressed to me.
On the plus side, we were transfered to Flower Guesthouse, 5 Via Varese, Central Station, Rome, which should be on this site but is not. Truely great service.Aniq looked after us brilliantly and we even met the owner who was a lovely waoman and made us feel welcome. would be a 9,5 from us for this property.
