"Underrated property due to its location. Rooms are large with a small kitchen, bathroom with tub and a large TV. Dining is limited to breakfast but room service is available. Shuttle service is good to get to the shopping mall or the waterfront. Town is too quiet with not much to do. If you have a car, Pattaya is a half hour drive south."

"Excellent value. Friendly staff, stunning sea views (courtesy of upgrade - with 1 bedroom suite), well-equipped gym, superb breakfast AND coffee. Central for both malls and seafront.

"For starters, they have no parking, at all. Had to park in a dirt lot on another street, for 50 bhat a day. Stairs are so steep they are practically a ladder. The desk is barely manned. Their idea of service is leaving a case of water on the bottom steep do you can grab a bottle and carry it up yourself. There is no noise insulation, bar next door is very loud and stays open late. The laundry facility is a couple of pay washers sitting right next to the entrance. This is a1 star facility at...
