Great couple getaway for NYE. Despite large number of rooms and guests, it felt comfortable and maintained the high-end atmosphere. The adult-only pool was quiet, towels available and friendly staff on-hand. Room service was good and they have a lovely cafe/convenience store with snacks, fresh sandwiches/salad made to order and desserts.
My only complaint is there was a large group of multiple family and friends that were very loud and took over the cafe late at night to play board games and cards together. They were basically yelling and laughing so loudly no one could hear each other order or speak to cafe staff, nothing was done to address it by the hotel staff. Very strange for a 4/5 star hotel.
