Great facilities for travellers. Located close to hawker center and two MRT stations. Unfortunately upon arrival our air conditioning was not working properly. After two sleepless nights we were able to move rooms. Requested compensation three times from desk staff but kept getting told to wait for a manager that never reached out to us. Location was great! Tekka Center and Indian Arcade across the street. Little India and Rochor MRT stops very close. The pool was a wonderful respite in the mid day heat. The only criticism is there were no instructions for late night check in. We arrived after midnight & another guest hhelped us access the elevator.
