The rooms were ridiculously cold the beds were not comfortable at all. This morning we didn’t get the breakfast because the people watched us stand there and never seated us or even mumbled a word they just ignored us as if we were standing there. I had 2 rooms I felt like it was racism

It was a quick one night and a QUIET sleep! Couldn’t hear anything around us which was nice. They seemed understaffed at the restaurant but the two servers were very kind. Food was typical morning breakfast buffet. We did t stay long enough to use any of the pool, weight room etc. I’d stay again

Less than great!
Although I have stayed at this hotel previously, this stay was less than enjoyable. Massive leak due to air condition. The flooding was so bad it ran from the bedroom to the living room. Puddle was substantial enough to soak the entire bottom of my pants. The only accommodation offered was Marriott rewards points but no compensation for inconvenience. Upon the room switch which was poorly communicated, the air was not working in new room, nor was the fridge and microwave. Maintenance quickly resolved the issue but again, no adequate compensation for yet again another inconvenience.

Check in was a nightmare they tried to give me one room with “two rooms in it” instead of two separate rooms I had paid for and I said I was mistaken when in reality I had in fact paid for two separate rooms and we ended up forking out a whole room fee to get another room so we paid for three rooms only to get two I’m very disappointed
