Pessima experiencia no quesito atendimento. Estivemos por 5 dias no hotel, pedidos todos os dias por limpeza de quarto e em nenhum dia a fizeram. Para termos toalhas de banho tinhamos que buscar na recepção. Cordialidade zero.

The property is not particularly appealing, a bit grey and outdated. The neighborhood is not great either. That said, the place was clean, and we spent a comfortable night in a quiet room with a huge TV on the wall. Breakfast was fine. Pleasant bartender. Prompt valet service for our car. A bit of a wait to check out as the front desk was understaffed. No real complaints. OK for the price.

Fantastic hotel, and a fantastic location
This was the best located and great hotel to stay in. Everything was new. The staff was super friendly. I can’t say more about this hotel. It was amazing on every level.

Adequate but disappointing hotel stay
The hotel was fine, not dirty but a little worn down from high traffic. The "valet parking" was confusing and difficult, considering the area it was in there wasn't much you could do but try to park somewhere and run in to find the valet, and there was no other parking offered by the hotel. They let us reserve a room through hotels.com but didn't actually have it available, so we ended up getting a downgrade. The staff were perfectly polite and tried to be helpful, but there wasn't much they could do.

Night clerk at some outwardly nice hotel sucks
I purchased a room on hotels When I arrived I was told I couldn’t check in because a photo of my license just isn’t good enough. Now. This is one thing. But this woman behind the desk. Well, she basically dismissed me without any sort of recourse, she offered zero solution. I asked for a refund and she basically said I’m ineligible. Following that wonderful news. Everything I asked if she could do was shut down. My values are a bit uncommon in today’s world but I would never, not ever. Treat someone with such disdain and silent condescension. A part of any job whether it be Wendy’s or a 4 star hotel is the same experience is required for the front desk. Ya you may learn a couple things but your purpose is well service.
