This is an amazing property with stunning grounds and a beautiful beachfront that really stands out. The clear water and scenery made for some great moments by the ocean. Check-in was a breeze, thanks to a friendly staff member who gave us a great first impression.
Unfortunately, that’s where the positive service experience ended. The lack of customer service throughout the rest of our stay was really disappointing. While a few employees were helpful, the majority seemed either uninterested or flat-out bothered by simple requests. There was little attention to guests, and it often felt like customer service wasn’t a priority for most of the staff.
On top of that, we were frustrated by the constant closure of the a la carte restaurants. Despite several attempts to make reservations, we couldn’t experience the dining options we were looking forward to, which added to the overall lack of care we felt from the resort. We were only able to dine in the Italian restaurants.
While the resort’s beauty is undeniable, the lack of basic customer service really held it back. If they put more effort into guest experience, it could be an amazing place to stay, but as it stands, the service was a big letdown.
