Late check in around 10 pm.
Got to the room, found 2 bags in the chairs, called the receptiondesk, he answered: Oh my gosh, i’m sorry. I will send someone to get the bags. The bags was picked up quickly.
We went to bed, thinking everything now was okay.
But at 2:20 am, two english guys where in our room, or should I say their room? The english guys went to the receptiondesk and we tried getting back to sleep - not easy.
Next morning I told the receptiondesk about our experience and the abrupted sleep, and that we where not happy.
She was sorry, but pointed out that the problem was because of system breakdown last night.
As a customer I dont care about system failure - I care about getting my sleep when we have booked and paid for the room more than half a year ago.
To compensate, she offered free parking for the night - which we ALREADY had..!
Not a great experience.
