The staff were amazing, made me feel like a princess taking my bags, getting me a coffee to take away in the morning and driving me to the train station. Couldn’t ask for more. Room was lovely. The hotel rooms were extremely small, similar to those in an IBIS hotel. We were sent to rooms in a different building, which was located among residential buildings and had actually been a residential building converted into a hotel. On all booking platforms, only the main hotel building is advertised, and nowhere is it mentioned that you might end up staying in a separate building far from the hotel. It was definitely not worth the money we paid.
