Check-in was bad. At the peak when customer check in, there was only 2 staff, at 7pm, there was 6 staff manning the counters, resulting in long check-in time. Lobby and lift has a strange foul smell. Room is not carpeted and without floor mat for the toilet. Drinks, cups etc are hidden in a cupboard. For a hotel carrying Marriot's branding, it is utterly a let down.
