The room wasn't very clean. The toilet and the refrigerator were dirty. The shower head leaked from where it was attached and therefore spayed water all over. The hotel was dated and not well maintained.

Great hotel
Very clean and quiet rooms. Only thing that can be improved is amount of hot water. We were on the 8th floor and both of us would run out of hot water before finishing our showers. Also took a long time for the water to heat up. Other than that, everything was great. Staff was amazing and helpful. Plan to continue coming to this hotel.

Great winter vacation at Myrtle Beach
The front desk staff was excellent. I think her name was Charisse. We enjoyed the lazy river at the Breakers. The bed and linen was fantastic. Loved our stay at Myrtle Beach. Thank you.

Do not believe HOTEL.COM rating of 8+. Low price so full of lower in guest. The facility is functional but worn (carpet stain from rusting frig, shower knob in bottom of tub, marble in bathroom oversized so sink stopper did not work) and maintained on small budget. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed but the staff at the front desk was very unfriendly. The bathrooms were outdated and there was literally urine on the seat when we arrived. Plus no where in the hotel is heated except your room. Cold hallways,elevators, and common areas. Breakfast was disgusting. Not great

Staff was very pleasant; room was exactly what I booked (Ocean Front), and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect and steps from the ocean. Breakfast was just okay; however, the coffee was good. Watched football from the bar and they had specials during the game. Our bartender was very pleasant attentive.

We stayed in an oceanfront standard room. Room was small, but clean and comfortable. Tiny balcony with extraordinary view of the ocean and beach. Probably all these hotels have big resort fees, but in my mind a small swimming pool/hot tub, a couple fire pits, beach access and numerous comfy lounge chairs does not make for a resort.
