Checkin went well, nice location but the staff is questionable about their responses to my questions. The internet was very weak in my room so I asked about it. They said they will reset the router. But at no time did I lose internet during the reset process…..jus weak as usual. I ask again the next day and the staff told me they will call the tech guy. Needless to say nothing changed. On checkin, staff gave me a drink voucher. I din’t request my drink until the evening of the 2nd night. They told me the bar staff was not in or already left for the evening. I asked again on Day 3 at 1:14 pm. Staff said the bar staff doesn’t arrive until 7pm.
