En el restaurante me corrieron porque sólo ordené un café, que sus mesas eran para los que pedían desayuno completo. Y que aún así, con desayuno solo puedes quedarte 30 minutos. El restaurante es un horror, buenos sus empleados

El hotel ideal si la alberca no estuviera helada
El Hotel Oaxtepec podría ser la mejor opción costo/beneficio de la región SI LA ALBERCA TUVIERA CALDERA O ESTUVIERA CLIMATIZADA. El hotel cumple, el servicio es bueno, atento y amable, tiene restaurante propio y cocinan MUY RICO. Inclusive si vas a la tienda te permiten ingresar comida/bebida al hotel. Pero nos hemos hospedado 2 veces, en abril a 34 grados y en diciembre a 27 grados. Ambas veces la alberca tenía agua HELADA. Muy triste porque podría poder ser el mejor hotel por el mejor precio si la alberca estuviera ya ni siquiera caliente, templada. La comida del restaurante es excepcional, pero es una lástima que la alberca siempre está helada ):

Me parece una muy buena opción de hospedaje en Oaxtepec a un buen precio, solo que las habitaciones ya necesitan mantenimiento en general y poner más atención en la limpieza de las mismas, en general es un hotel bonito y agradable.

Excelente servicio. Las habitaciones muy limpias. Tiene restaurante y tiendita. Solo el agua de la alberca estaba un poco fría. Por lo demás nos la pasamos muy bien.

Bien en cuanto al trato del personal. Tienen una gran área de oportunidad en cuanto al mantenimiento y la limpieza de las habitaciones. Si bien es un lugar económico, realmente es un punto fuerte a tomar en cuenta. Un adicional qué se apreciaría mucho es la iluminación de los espacios comunes, ya que desde las 6:30 qué se oculta el sol, la propiedad queda en la oscuridad.

En general un mal servicio, pedía habitación para seis personas y sólo dieron tres toallas, las toallas adicionales las cobraban en 20 pesos, contantemente había que pedirles papel de baño ya que nos quedamos 4 noches, del restaurante la comida bien, precios altos, pero mal servicio te pedían los platos aun cuando no hubieras terminado de comer, no permitían que consumieras cosas fuera de ahí, pero había otros huéspedes a los que no les decían nada, del cuarto mucho espacio, pero muy caluroso, no servía el ventilador, en general una mala atención, las instalaciones bien, pero no sirven de nada cuando te atienden tan mal
