The bed came with only a single bedsheet, no comforter. You have to make your own bed after retrieving the extra pillow and comforter from the closet.. The bathroom did not provide shower gel and there was no toilet paper. It was a dispenser like in a public bathroom. Rooftop bar manager rude and unfriendly. Breakfast was good. I do not recommend and will not be staying there again.

Bad experience. Staff was not kind with the exception of 1 guy at the restaurant. Front desk personal and the manager on duty during our last day weren’t really helpful. Basic stuff was missing in our room like hand soap and shampoo. Windows had a lot of moisture and mold formation. The value for the price is not worthy.

Towels are thread bare and grey. The room has musky smell and the bed creaks. A bit overpriced for the type of hotel class. The lack of complimentary water was a con since we have been traveling through South America and some cheaper priced hotels still provided them.

Excelente hotel, ótima localização, estrutura (quarto, ducha, garagem, área de piscina, por do sol) e café da manhã muito bons. Equipe também muito tá de parabéns pela presteza e qualidade no atendimento. Únicas ressalvas: disposição das lâmpadas no quarto eram ruins, o isolamento acústico do quarto também é mediano, tendo em vista que os sons dos quartos adjacentes eram perceptíveis. Mas menciono apenas para os clientes que possam ter maior sensibilidade a isso, no meu caso, não atrapalou a estadia.
