Value for the money, its spacious and also clean which is what we are looking for. However, the roads around it are narrow and often gets jammed since they are within walking distance of CIQ. Check in and room upgrade was very good. Breakfast was also pretty good with wide selection. Location wise, the sea view rooms afford a nice view of the Straits and causeway. However the housekeeping left much to be desired. Firstly the room was not properly cleaned with stands of long hair on the floor. The bathrobe had yellow stains on the inside; and for 2 days the shower gel was not topped up despite it being empty.
