10/10 Excellent

Great location, very central to all the sights of Rome.
Charles, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

The room was large and clean. The kitchen area was nice but we didn’t use it. The place was hard to find and the street car ran under our room was very noisy. There were a lot of places to eat in the area
brian, 2-night trip

Bed was comfy and shower was nice.

10/10 Excellent

This guesthouse was just “okay.”
Jennifer, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

It was good that it was close to the station. The room had high ceilings.
HIDEKI, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Noisy!

Rooms were clean amd housekeeping service was good However, be prepared for a lot of noise. They provide earplugs but the cable cars run on both sides of the building until late at night and start very early in the morning The noise is awful and they shake the building Also the entry door to the facility is squeaky and a heavy door that slams so anyone coming and going makes lots of noise
Yvonne, 5-night trip

10/10 Excellent

This is a ni frills hotel in a neighborhood close to the main train station . It's close where the tour busses leave from also. There's all kinds of food nearby so I found it provided everything I needed at a reasonable price.
Richard, 4-night trip

8/10 Good

Good location, good price, very stiff beds..........................................
2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Alessandro and staff were super friendly and helpful. Facilities (kitchen, etc) were fully equipped with all needed amenities. The place was spotless and tastefully decorated. Location is ideal (within very few minutes to train station, city tour buses, restaurants, tourist sites...). All around a fantastic option to conveniently tour Rome.
CESAR, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

I thoroughly enjoyed the room and bathroom details and decor. The bed was very comfortable. The common kitchen area was a very nice surprise. The ambient noise and bustle from outside was a bother only part of one night. Great location for easy train access. Highly recommended.
Grace, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Convenient to train and bus, walkable. Very clean and comfortable. Staff helped guide us to restaurants out of the tourist zone.
Robin, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Pros: The property is close to the Termini station which made it ideal for traveling with luggage. The “Silver Room” is a good size with very high ceilings and the bathroom is also good size with a large walk-in shower. There is AC in the room. There is a common area with half kitchen that 2 other rooms have access to. Cons: We checked in after hours so never saw any staff (until they came to pick up the city tourist tax). We had a difficult time trying to get into the place. Maybe it was user-error but the instructions given to us for check-in were hard to follow. After a long day of travel the last thing you want is to be unable to get into your room! I would also agree with the other posts saying the place is loud. It is right next to the tram tracks and they are noisy and shake the whole building when they go by. The guesthouse provides you with earplugs - use them! Overall, an OK place to stay in Rome.
Abigail, 3-night trip

8/10 Good

Convenient if you’re using train to airport

Location for those arriving late or departing early by train to other cities or airport
Marcelo, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The property itself it’s very clean, staff was super friendly, laundry mat right next door is convenient and super nice! Hard to room the hotel itself but once You’re in, you feel very safe, The terrace is amazing! Stresses are noisy but they do give you ear plugs
sarah, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The staff were welcoming and helpful, very clean . I enjoyed the lively sounds in the area personally as this added to the atmosphere however, this may not be to everyone's taste. Perfect place to access all areas of Rome and airport easily, also if meeting up with other members of a large family you could each have separate room and share the dining and balcony areas together . I really enjoyed my stay.
Tina, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Convenience

We had a great stay. It was very close to the train station which made it convenient to access the metro or the airport. There are plenty of options for food and shopping. While they tell you it is on a street with street cars we barely noticed them. Check in and out were a breeze when you follow the directions they email you. Would definitely stay here again.
Craig, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Beautiful property located close to the main train station in Rome. Very convenient. We walked to all attractions easily (Coliseum, Trevi fountain, churches). The property is very clean, comfortable, and easy to find. I woukd definitely stay again and recommend. The only downside was the area at night... we found street vendors and restaurant staff aggressive, making going for an evening walk less desirable for us 3 women. Overall, highly recommended.
Leanne, 3-night trip

8/10 Good

Great place to stay, staff is very nice and it was very clean. We were on our honeymoon and they had a special display of champagne and rose petals on the bed for us. Slight noise from the street car at night but they provided ear plugs if needed.
Lauren, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Great location, and floor lights!?

Location was close to everything including the train terminal. There were amenities that we weren’t aware of, including a washing machine. The view wasn’t anything great, but that’s why you leave the room. Overall, I would stay there again and recommend.
John, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Excellent hotel except for the noise from trams

I liked everything about the hotel except the fact that it was located right next to the tram links which were very loud and caused disturbance to my sleep (especially at night).
1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

This place was funky in all of the good ways! So much character, the decor was cool, it was very comfortable. Yes, it was a little noisy but they provided ear plugs for nighttime which I didn’t use because the noise wasn’t that bad. We only stayed one night though. It’s conveniently located literally a 5 minute walk from Roma Termini. So if you are arriving or departing by train, definitely stay here. There are lots of restaurants around and I felt safe. Also, the rooftop terrace is incredible! We got take away dinner and sat up there and ate and it was perfect! The communication with the host was great! We arrived after hours and they sent me very detailed instructions on how to get in to the building. Highly recommend!!
Kristen, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

great but trembles.

The place is amazing, conveniently located 2 blocks far from the termini train station, the building is super safe, the room is big and the ammenities as dinning table and terrace you won't find easily. The only thing is that in the street an old trolley car passes every 20 minutes or so, you can hear the sound and the building trembles. For me it was ok because it was part of the old rome experience, but if you can't stand the noise will have some trouble with it. I defenitelly will come back.
Cesar, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

Would not recommend

When we first arrived we got incredibly confused due to poor signage- you would need to use the buzzer to ring "Cerre Roma" as there is no option for Danielle guesthouse. Friendly staff allowed us to check in early however there was false checkout times (we needed to be out by 10 not 11). We were not informed that the hotel was next to 2 tram lines which made very loud noises- even with the windows closed! The sheets were dirty and the double bed was constructed of two singles which left a gap. However the location of the place was good. Though seems to be advertised as a hotel, it has a hostel vibe. I would not recommend unless looking for a nicer hostel.
