Diamond Luxury Suites are outstanding! Spacious well designed with a fabulous balcony view. Right on the promenade so you a short walk from shopping and dining options. But what really sets this place apart is the service. Stavi and her crew are fabulous and quickly respond to any need or request. Stay here!

We enjoyed our stay. The view from the room is beautiful. Staff checked on us every day and helped us to book private cars and cruise tour. The hot tub in the room did give us some allergy, it helped after leaving door and window open in the night . We discovered the stained mattress on our last day of stay which really made us feel uncomfortable. They could have done something at least.

Beautiful views but poor hot water shower

Premium location and views. Stayed in the Emerald Suite and the views were impeccable! I will disregard the amount of stairs you have to climb to get to this property, but my main complaint is the hot water shower. The hot water shuts off after 10 minutes in the shower. Not fun at all. Stavi was out guest service person and was very respectful and responsive.

Our host Anastasia was very excellent, she kept in touch with us 2 days ahead of our arrival making sure we got all the help we needed. We had late arrival but our host make sure we had a pick up from the airport something we didn’t include in our booking and she also had someone waiting to help us carry luggage to our room. Over all it was a great stay and everything was perfect by the host. I will book with them again if I have to.

I really had no idea the amount of stairs that we would have to go down and up. I was with my 78 year old mother and when we finally got to the room she said I am. It leaving u til we leave. I had to book another hotel. There are no hand railings. All concrete. Really quite dangerous.

We highly recommend the Diamond Luxury Suite (Ruby) for your next stay in Santorini! Veronica was an amazing host who provided us with wonderful recommendations and tips for the area. The rooms are away from the high traffic areas, which does mean more steps, but worth it for the views! The outdoor pool is great and we really enjoyed breakfast in the mornings on the patio.

One of the standout features is the excellent luggage service—having our bags taken to and from the suite was incredibly convenient and thoughtful! A special shoutout to Anastasia for making our stay truly exceptional. She reached out a day before check-in to confirm our arrival time and provided helpful tips to ensure a smooth experience. Her detailed explanations made sure we knew how to operate everything inside the suite. When we encountered an issue with the hot water, she responded immediately and sent a colleague to fix the heater right away. I was truly impressed by her efficiency and dedication. I highly recommend staying at this incredible suite when visiting the island—you won’t regret it!
