Fire alarm New Years Day
We stayed for New Year Eve. Unfortunately out of all days they had the fire alarm go off and we had to get up out of bed, again let me remind you its Jan 1st!!, and had to stand outside in the snowing weather until the firemen determined that there was no fire. We went back in packed and left. Sounds like someone wanted to do this joke for fun:( kinda ruined our experience.

Like the remodel - like the connection to Chandler’s - but even with the remodel it still is feeling older. Great location near everything downtown.

Very nice hotel. We had a great view, the room was quite comfortable, and the staff were ultra-friendly and helpful. There's no on-site dining, but there's plenty of places easily walkable.

Not gonna lie I was disappointed that I wasn’t upgraded for the price I spent for the room very expensive and didn’t even get the VIP upgrade. The room is a regular room but for $350 a night plus valet parking at 22 or self at 18. I thought it was a bit expensive. For that price, I would expect more or at least a free upgrade.

Air conditioning was ridiculously loud. The beds are not very comfortable.
