Nice hotel, well kept, comfortable, but the customer service while checking in was kinda crappy. No eye contact, no warm greeting, and in general, an attitude of indifference. I had to ask about the parking ticket regarding getting in and out of their parking garage. Info that is helpful and should be offered. And I'm glad I did, bc I think I would have been screwed if I hadn't. Their garage is a bit of a walk, but not that big of a deal for us. However those w mobility issues might want keep that in mind. Also, the valet seems to take over the front entrance, so loading and unloading can be a bit hectic.
