Das Hotel liegt ruhig und doch ist man relativ schnell im Zenrtum von Leipzig. Das Zimmer ist groß, das Bett bequem, das Frühstück gut, der Service sehr gut und freundlich. Nicht so gut war die Dusche in der Badewanne: Der Umstellknopf vom Wasserhahn zur Dusche sprang immer wieder zurück, so dass das Duschen schwierig war. Außerdem ließen sich die beiden Leselampen am Bett nur über einen Zentralschalter im Flur ausschalten, dann war aber auch die Klimaanlage aus.
