Nice, clean, spacious rooms with comfortable bedding. I was a little disappointed that the sauna wasn't working.

Basic hotel that does the job, clean room/bathroom, brekfast was plenty, free parking at the back of the property. As long as you dont pay in excess of £70 I'd recommend the hotel for a brief stay.

The place was clean and tidy and close to S-Bahn station. Rooms are a bit outdated, breakfast ist mediocre, definitely not worth paying extra for it. Apart from being close to S-Bahn there is not much to do around hotel, and one part of hotel is renovating so there was construction noise, but we were out most of the time so didn't care.
Hotel is ok and value for the money is ok, but I did expect a bit more.

Room was fine. Location not good unless you want to be in the middle of nowhere. Was forced to pay for buffet dinner due to the presence of a tour group, and the food was terrible. Breakfast was fine. There is nowhere nearby to eat so unless you have your own transport you have no choice.

Ok..
Pretty decent, the staff could improve. At checkout I had to wait a long time because one staff member was showing another something in the computer and they didn’t pay any attention to me.
Anyway, for a quick stay, shower and sleep is decent. Would stay there again.

Not a good experience at all. The front desk lady had too much attitude when checking in. Also, the rooms are not hotel-like. It’s a dorm. Never staying here again.

Good stay if you have a car
Staff friendly and the room was quiet and clean. Stayed here prior to taking ferry to Denmark. Just be aware that the hotel is a little out of the way behind the train station and has nothing useful within walking distance.

Room Comfort
Pillows didn’t offer a good comfort. They are so soft and thin that felt they were a small blanket. Bathroom is very clean and bright. It is very spacious. Room has plenty of closets. Everything is very clean.

good for one night if you dont have other option
Was clean, but very dated. Like old offices converted to rooms leaving the furniter behind. We had twin beds and they rolled away very easily which is not really good as you can have a gap between you and your missis. But never know maybe is good for you:) bathroom was clean, with shower. Parking is free behind and in front of the hotel which is good. Late check in is ok as always someone at the reception but not really a multilingual place. Heating was ok, wifi was horrible. Router is in the room but did not work. We could receive a very weak signal from neighbouring rooms, anyway better to have a conversation than staring at your ipad all the time:)

A good place to stay
We found the room to be clean and the beds were nice. The hotel is located within several minute walk to a light rail stop which we took to go into the city to see the sights. The breakfast was very good.

Not my favorite, but OK hotel for the price
This hotel is good if you just want one night, because you just got off the ferry. The beds and hotel are OK for just a night sleep. The staff does not speak very little English, so make sure you read up on some basic German before you arrive.

one night in berlin
We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel, as it's on a busy street and the sign is not obvious. Parking was arranged, though it was unusual. The climb to the room was hard after a long day but the room itself was fine. Expected to hear noise from the courtyard down below, but thundershowers cleared out both the people and the humidity. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful. Definitely worthwhile.

Good for a simple overnight stay
The room itself was clean and comfortable. I found that it was not the easiest place to find, and not really close to the harbour or the Altstadt. Free parking was a nice bonus, but there was not a lot of parking space. The biggest complaint that I had was with the WIFI access. When I requested the login information from the front counter they required me to submit a copy of my passport (for what reason I was not told). The service was very unreliable and everytime that I opened a new tab I had to login again. Did not try the associated restaurant and so I cannot make any comments on that aspect of the hotel. For my purposes though, this was a good hotel and if I needed similar accommodations in the area in the future I would certainly consider returning to the hotel.

You get what you pay for
We recently booked a double room for this hotel for one night at a weekend outside of the busy season.
We had difficulty finding this hotel on foot and would describe the location as poor. Although it is relatively near a train station, it wasn't easy to find and the surrounding area wasn't great.
Upon arrival the staff were very impolite. After waiting for them to finish their conversation we checked in. We are non-smokers and were told they only had smoking rooms - we were told we "don't have to smoke". We then went to our room to find two small single beds separated by a bedside table. We asked to be given a double room but they said they didn't have any.
We didn't stay in this hotel and would advise against going there, unless you are a single smoker that drives there and doesn't mind the location and poor service.
