The tv did not work, the carpet had a ton of red stains, pillow cases seemed to be melted together in spots, and was no provided sheets for pull out couch.

Needs some attention.
Had to move rooms the first night due to noisy neighbors and dirty sheets. The staff accommodated very kindly and was nice the whole time. The second room also had very dirty comforter and sheets with stains. Ended up sleeping w just a sheet.

Great place
I stayed here about seven years ago and the front desk lady was amazing then and so I tried it again this time for my daughter‘s 13th birthday trip and they had a different front lady and she was just as amazing. She was so good to my daughter and her friends. Also, the gentleman that worked at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the spot it’s central to everything in Boone and both trips years of apart were wonderful. Everything’s clean and comfy.
