Not what I expected from Hilton
There was a leak from the ceiling over the tub during the night. The hotel let us shower in the available room next door. If the hotel was fully booked it could have become an issue since we needed to catch a flight that morning. Also, the room had few light sources therefore was very dark, perhaps to create romantic moodiness. Not practical for dressing and packing!

Shabby
Room was definitely not a 5* for the price. Just a regular hotel room with a over priced fee. The lobby was nice thou. It would be nice if they put the same love into decorating the actual hotel rooms where guest spend most of their time like they do the lobby.

Needs Upgrades
I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before in the past and have enjoyed my stay. I was given a room on a floor that didn’t have a working ice machine. I called the front desk and was told that it would be fix by morning and of course it wasn’t. The room was very dusty and bathroom needed a deep clean of the light fixtures. Windows needed to be power washed as well. Also the hotel could use and upgrade of new furniture through out the building for the price. I won’t stay again.

Dungeon poor design and dark
Very dark rooms, not enough lights.. Drain was broken , poorly glued with silicon. Room was smelly with smoke, beds uncomfortable expected more from Hilton. One good thing is the breakfast and the 1602 excellent food and staff

Big name hotel with terrible reception/preparednes
Staff for parking and concierge were polite and pro-active. The staff at the reception was rude and did not provide right information about food or lounge. The room was clean but toilet flush was not working which got corrected in couple of hours. No conditioner provided in the bathroom. There were plenty of parking spaces and the visitor could have parked myself. I do not understand why valet service was necessary. It’s kind of pull out more money from the visitor’s pocket.
