As per the photos, the hotel looks brand new. In reality, it’s the opposite. Old equipment, old elevator and you can name everything you can see old. I guess that’s marketing. Disappointed!

This hotel needs a complete remodel ! Furniture old and worn out including the bed. No accessible power plug where the work table for your computer is at. BATHROOM THE WORST. Old worn out fixtures in the sink and tub. The tub was an old tub chipped in many places with standing water in spots after draining. The most annoying part this old tub was over 2 feet high, difficult to get in and out of. Restaurant marginal for regular meals, buffet breakfast provided was good. Staff was nice and efficient. Laundry service bad, did not return clothes to your room. AC system difficult to set to provide the temperature you desire. Location of hotel excellent.

Hotel bom, mas antigo, roupa de cama não tem uma boa qualidade, o cobertor era de pelo e estava sujo, tivemos que pedir cobertores limpo na recepção, café da manhã bom, o secador de cabelos não funcionava tivemos que solicitar a troca na recepção. Funcionários extremamente solícitos.

Realizamos a compra da diária por volta da 23h40 pelo site do Hotel.com, no entanto o hotel so liberou a entrada para o quarto as 00h40, mesmo apos ja termos recebido o e-mail de liberação, que foi quase instantânea, Apresentarmos o documento e não aceitaram e memso após entrar em contato via chat com hotel.com que passou o número de identificação ainda entolaram para fazer o check-in. QUARTO, antigo, colchão de molas muito mole, possivelemnte velhos, coberta antiga e banheiro com banheira com.marcas de lodo. Cafe da manha razoável. No balcão diaria 950 reais, alegando ser 4 estrelas, mas não passa de 2.
