Truly enjoyed my stay. Great location, easy walking distance to Notre Dam de Lourdes and the Chateau Fort, restauants, shopping. Guest services, Frederic, was very kind, patient, and helpful. I will definitely return on my next visit.

Good location but very small dated rooms and restaurant(which was closed for dinner and lunch). Breakfast was poor but what served was good. The staff is terribly unhelpful when asked about transportation or local info. I would not recommend unless need to be near the station or emergency stay.

This Ibis property was a bit tired but perfectly acceptable overall. About 10-15 min walk from the grotto area. Restaurants were on very limited schedules during our May visit, so finding a spot about 7pm took some time. But, that is certainly not under the Ibis's control. The desk manager spoke a number of languages, which made him a very useful source of information. Engaging fellow as well! All in all, it was a good value for the price.

Erreur de date de réservation ==> Impossible d'annuler, même 1 mois avant la date réservée, le cout du séjour a entièrement été débité sans qu'on est franchi le seuil de la porte une seule seconde. Que B&B débite des frais de dossier, cela peut être compréhensible, mais là, il encaisse 2 nuits et 4 petits déjeuners alors qu'on ne peut plus venir dans leur établissement sans que cela ne leur coute rien. Il vont pouvoir vendre la chambre une deuxième fois. Je resterais poli sur le ressenti de leur attitude donc je n'émettrai pas de jugement. Quoique le titre oriente mon jugement
