Great and comfortable stay (especially for the price). Parking was easy and it’s 13 minutes from the airport. The only complaint is that it took us a few minutes to figure out how to open the door.

Room is so clean and comfortable. There’s no service but it’s enough to stay even with friends. The only concern is the location if you want to go to Munich.(it takes 1 hour almost)

I was charged €365/night for a €39.99 room because of the Bauma Trade Fair. Shame on the owners for ripping everyone off. The door entry code button is damaged causing problems.

Easy to access; all process could be done via app or on the phone. My only comment is that all info came on German and there was no translation bottom (at least I couldn’t find it), so it was difficult for me to understand, since I’m no German speaker.

I was not used to the self check in, in the United States every motel/hotel I ever stayed in had a person at the reception desk. I was confused about the process and it was very difficult to find a person to help me, especially after being tired from a long flight journey.

The room was clean. No where on Expedia when booking did it say it was a self check in and in a different language, it was not easy to get into our room. On the site, there said there was airport transport. That was not true. The only transportation was a bus stop to the train. Oh sure, I could have paid a small fortune for a cab, but not as advertised. I will not use Expedia again.

Hotel near the airport

I was having trouble opening the door to my room, but when I asked the cleaning staff, they told me how to open it easily. The next day, the room smelled like sewage, so I had to take a cold shower to get rid of the smell. There was no coin laundry, so I went to one around Munich Central Station. It's close to the airport, but it takes about an hour to get to Munich Central Station. It's inconvenient for those who don't have a car. There is a bus nearby, but the number of buses is reduced on weekends, so it's recommended to go out on weekdays.
