I am disabled. Me and my caregiver booked the jacuzzi room. The towels in the room were dirty and full of holes, the kettle was broken, the wifi did not work and the showerhead snapped and almost hurt me.
I was having a health crisis and needed rest but they wouldn't let my brother come with me to our room without charging us $800 for half an hour so I could rest. I begged them and told them I was about to pass out and they dismissed me and I fainted and hit my head to the reception counter. That is when we learned, unlike advertised, they had no one on staff that could communicate in English. My caregiver does not speak Turkish and they kept offering me things that could cause serious damage while I was barely conscious. Later, we went to complain and they still didn't have anyone who could speak English and tried to make me translate in my very poor condition. When my caregiver got upset with their disrespect, they told us to shut up and go to our room and threatened us with calling the cops. We called the help line and no one could speak English and we were continously denied contact with management.
