The smell in this hotel is absolutely vile. The rooms smell like raw sewage. We asked to change rooms because of the stench, and they accommodated us, but the second room was just as disgusting.

Expedia described my room as having a double and a single bed. It had a double bed and a fold-out single sofa. Fold out sofas are NOT the same as beds. It's a known fact. I was not happy to find that is what I had booked. Otherwise, the place was great.

Convenient but just 1 night plus parking problem.

It was lucky I called about parking that was listed as available because there was an event and all town streets were closed and we had to park in public carpark and were told they would hive us a ticket to get out in the morning we presumed was free. But suddenly we had to pay 11€ and drag our luggage much further than "just behind" because drop off was impossible. Otherwise OK stay. Noisy floorboards and cleaning products on carpet made us sneeze.

I've stayed in many hotels, but I've never been so impressed. I'd particularly like to highlight the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the fantastic, imaginative, and culturally appealing amenities of the hotels. For example, upon entering the breakfast room, I was offered an explanation of the breakfast details. The hotel's location, right in the center, is also great. All of the important spots in the center can easily be reached on foot. I do have one small caveat, though. I was somewhat surprised that the hotel management demanded a guarantee in the form of a charge to my Visa card to cover any damage I might cause (e.g., smoking). To my knowledge, this is rarely required.

J’ai adoré mon séjour et l’hôtel et son personnel ont toujours été exceptionel m’aider. Le buffet du petit-déjeûner est excellent. La qualité de la chambre a dépassé mes attentes et en pleine été durant une canicule, le luxe de l’air climatisé (qui ne fait presque pas de bruit) fût grandement apprécié.

Hôtel très bien situé et chargé d'histoire

Sur la route de notre retour en RP nous avons fait une halte d'une nuit. Tout le personnel est attentionné et professionnel. Nous avions réservé une chambre basique et donc nous avions deux petites fenêtres dans notre chambre. A part cela notre séjour a été super agréable et la décoration des chambres est très moderne. A noter également dans notre chambre l'absence de cloisons entre la partie lavabo douche et le lit. La décoration fait office de séparation. C'est sympa.
