Comfortable and clean for our family trip

The location was fairly convenient. The Nagoya station was a 10 minute walk away, while the nearest underground shopping street entrance with access to the station was merely 5 minutes away. There were plenty of dining options in the area. The room had enough space for us to lay suitcases flat, and it was pretty clean and comfortable. Our room faced the elevated road outside. Occasionally we could hear traffic, but it did not bother us. We stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of Japanese and western food, but the choices were the same every day. We wished there were rotations of different dishes. There was no self-serve laundry in the hotel, but there were coin laundry shops within 12 minute walk. Overall, we were satisfied with the stay.

Nice location!

Great hotel and great location! Near Nagoya station and in walking distance to shopping and sightseeing. Very nice rooms and beds were comfortable. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast is good if you don’t expect a full American breakfast. We liked it and it kept us going until late lunch. Would I book this hotel again? yes!

Location is ok, close to the main bus station. Hotel is new, but the maintenance can be improved. There is dirt on floor, wall and shower room.

Very good over-all for this family of 4. It had all the amenities needed in a fairly good sized room by Japan standards. Breakfast buffet spread was commendable though it lacked variety for our 5 day stay. Service at the restaurant was good but I found the service of the front office staff whp attended to me at check in not at all very welcoming. Its relatively close proximity to Nagoya Station is a big plus as was the plethora of dining options nearby.

The location is about 10 mins walk from the station, which is acceptable. There are lots of local eateries around the area. The room is design is a bit weird. The toilet and the shower are located in two different rooms. The shower is small, with no hangers whatsoever. It is difficult to even bring a towel into the shower.
