Just stayed for one night and very happy with the location close to the station and easily connected by underground passages (ideal in snow. Room was a good size by Japanese standards. Could do with freshening up - some stains and scuffs on wall - but would stay again.

The staff was nice and hotel would have been perfect. Very disappointed in the lack of pillows and air conditioning. The beds only had one pillow and it was so small. When I asked for extra pillows I was told they didn’t have any said they could give me towels. The AC did not work and the room was extremely hot.

立地は最高！でも掃除が…
立地はチカホ7番出口からすぐなので寒い時や悪天候の時でもとても便利です。 ですが…宿泊した部屋はホコリが酷く絨毯と壁の境目、段差になっているところ、ひっくり返して置いてあるマグカップの裏、カップ等が置いてある棚、部屋の角の壁、カーテンにまでホコリがあったのはかなりびっくりでした…。 洗面ボウルの穴やお風呂の栓が繋がっている金属部分の周りの黒カビが…。 壁にもシャンプーかなにかの跡が…。 加湿器やシャワーカーテンは綺麗で良かったです！ お掃除の時間や人手が足りないようなので高性能のマキタの掃除機を使うとか1日3部屋は重点的に掃除をする、カビにはハイターをする等の工夫をしてお掃除を頑張って欲しいです！！ 立地は本当にいいので勿体ないです！
