Only downside was the very soft mattresses and odd square shaped pillows. Location is about 30 minutes by tram (an 8 minute walk from the hotel) to the city centre, hence much cheaper than staying in the centre but still convenient. Breakfast is quite expensive but there is a nearby cafe (near the tram stop) that serves an excellent a very good breakfast (as well as lunch and dinner).

When we checked in there was a bit stress and some minor problems with the rooms, payment and door cards. The service then was a it flawed and as I struggled I would have had a bit of more help which I also asked for. Then some minor issues with the soap cup that wasn’t cleaned. The best part was the rooms and the ability to control the temperature.

I stayed 5 nights, the room was good, the shower is not fully closed so water wet the bathroom floor, but it dries quickly. In addition, its a bit far from the city center, about 25 minutes with a tram including the walking to the stations, and there not much around the hotel, there is a supermarket a few mintues walk but restaurants are a bit farther away... other then that it was good, I recommend this hotel.

A very enjoyable stay in all respects. I think the hotel is generally modern, especially the lobby and dining areas. My room was very functional and clean throughout, especially the bathroom/shower. The bedding was pristine also. I really liked the tea and coffee making facilities in the room - a big bonus for me. Finally I have to praise the staff who were friendly and helpful.
