Indoor Pool not heated. Freezing and unusable. After we had been swimming in it for a while, one of the managers came out to let us know that the chemicals in the pool we’re not balanced, and we should get out immediately.

I like how there's places to eat within walking distance. Plus it's super convenient with how 7-Eleven is next door. Jacuzzi wasn't working when I was staying at this hotel, but it's a minor inconvenience.

Very clean and hospitable but horrible bed
I wish I could give more stars because the staff was amazing. The room was worn but spotless! Everything was so clean! Unfortunately, I have literally never slept on a more uncomfortable bed. It felt like I was sleeping on a cement slab. I ended up folding the duvet in half and using it as additional padding to lay on top of and was able to get a little better sleep. Obviously, sleeping is the key part of a hotel stay and I’m rating primarily on this. Breakfast was fresh and hot with many options. Every staff member who I passed greeted me and was very polite.

The tenant at the desk, seem to not be feeling well. She was wearing a mask and gave us our cards but didn't tell us about breakfast times, where the elevator was. Room and stay seemed adequate . Clean, and 2 beds like reserved.
