Upon entering our room, we were welcomed by a cloud of old cigarette smell I requested a NS room. Someone before us dod not bother to go by the rools I went to the receptionist who was very apologetic and gave us a different room. I am very grateful for her help to change the room for us.

Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Schöne Atmosphäre. Das Hotel selbst (bis auf die Lobby und höherpreisigen Zimmer, teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Das Betz war sehr durchgelegen und dürfte erneurt werden, Klimaanlage hatte Aussetzer, funktionierte. Frühstück sehr schlecht und einfach. Aufbackbrötchen, Saftkonzentrat, kein frischer Saft, sehr einfacher Aufschnitt. Auch hier sehr freundliches Personal, alles sehr sauber. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay.

Meine Bitte um ein ruhiges Zimmer konnte erfüllt werden. Das war mir wichtig, weil ich geräuschempfindlich bin. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es ruhig, das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, das ist nicht zu ändern. Alles war sauber, das Bett angenehm. Ich habe gut geschlafen. Den Balkon fand ich gut, auch wenn man den Nachbarn etwas nahe kommt. Ich würde dort wieder buchen, wenn ich in der Nähe bin.

Aufgeschnittenes Obst war nicht frisch (bspw. braune Ananas), Rührei hat geschmeckt, Kaffee war gut, insgesamt ausbaufähig, es hat mich nicht angelacht.
