Really Great Stay! Great price and quite!
Bed was really comfy, I would fix the fan in the room we had. 131 and may lead to future mold from un proper ventilation. Love the light up mirror. Breakfast definitely would have loved to even see microwaved eggs or something other than carbs... overall really great stay and I would stay again. Also, no bugs as mentioned in some reviews...

Could Be Cleaner
To start off, I think it’s important to note this location does not have elevators. I don’t mind taking the stairs, usually, but I would’ve liked to have known that before I was pushing a cart full of our belongings with two babies in tow. The front desk staff were kind and they switched us to a first floor room without me having to even ask. However, we got into our room (119) and the first thing I noticed was a full bathtub of water and an all but empty roll of toilet paper. I’m talking 4 squares and no artsy fold like housekeeping usually does when they clean a room. Then, there was hair and dust all over the floor, dog and human hair in the MADE bed and on the pillows, some brown substance on the electrical outlets, and the fridge was leaking water everywhere. I went to the desk when I found the water from the fridge. They moved us across the hall to 120. 120 was cleaner, but there were crumbs all in the drawers and the fridge had hair in it. Another thing that struck me odd in both rooms was that the ironing board was just loose, leaning against the wall, right by the front door. That space by the door, and really the rest of the room for that matter, is so narrow that we were constantly bumping into the ironing board and then fighting with it to lean it back against the wall. With the bed linens, I realize that it is a pet friendly hotel, but I don’t want the hair in my linens. You can tell they have tried to update the hotel overall, but it’s lacking in cleanliness.

Stinky Bathroom
Nice hotel close to the freeway but still quiet. Plenty of places to eat in easy driving distance. Nice pool area (we didn't use it). Our room was OK. 2 queen beds, small desk area. Kinda cramped. The only issue was a stinky bathroom. There was no bathroom fan and obviously the previous guest had smelly poop. I fiugered it'd go away after a while, so didn't ask for a new room. Wrong. Still smelled bad even the next day. I'd recommend this hotel, just check out the bathroom fan!

Good wifi, plenty of parking, comfy beds, clean room and bathroom, basic continental breakfast, and quiet. We stayed for four nights and didn’t have a problem or a complaint. Willows was a great base for a birding trip. I’ll stay in this hotel again

Good stay, but a few issues
We typically stop at Quality Inns whenever we go on road trips as they are usually a clean, comfortable place to stay. The front desk person was very kind and friendly. The room didn’t have the usual level of cleanliness (small hairs left from a beard trimmer on bathroom counter, not great) and the shower wouldn’t get hot (lukewarm at best), also not so great on a cold dreary night. We had already unpacked and were too tired to request another room. The King bed was super comfortable and we slept well. Next time we will check the room before settling in.

Fine hotel, terrible customer service
The hotel’s system had some error where they screwed up our reservation dates and they did not reflect what I had booked or what my confirmation email was. The girl on staff was absolutely so rude and not accommodating at all. She essentially told us one of our dates wasn’t in the booking and the hotel was completely full and we couldn’t stay there and did nothing to try to help. I had to advocate for myself over and over and demand to speak to the manager and she came back and just said ok do you want to charge the card on file for both nights. No explanation, no apologies. Didn’t let me speak to the manager. It was all very strange. I assume she was lying the hotel was booked if she suddenly found a room. 0/10 customer service. Also they have an indoor pool but it’s ice cold

Disappointed
We had stayed at a Quality Inn earlier in our trip and it was excellent so we decided to go with this one in Willows. There was no mention that the pool heater was broken. The "free breakfast" had nothing we could eat. My daughter tried a muffin but said it was dry or stale. The coffee was mediocre and there was absolutely no protein.

Review of room
The room was dirty. There were food stains on the walls and someone spilled a drink on the walls and it was not cleaned off. The bathroom was also dirty and the bathtub was discussing. The whole first floor smelled of bleach and the halls were very dark. The staff were very nice and helpful.
