Lovely old, characteristic hotel with incredibly friendly staff, especially the lifeguard, Rytas. Nice big rooms and comfy beds. Lovely food and relaxed atmosphere. We loved the outdoor hot tub and the gardens are stunning. Also, perfect location for the beach, we would have loved a longer stay.

Great location lovely views nice to have a indoor and outdoor pool to use. The only negatives were that the hotel could do with a bit of updating and although the restaurant food was tasty the menu could do with more choices.

Great for families

Really great facilities for families - 2 pools plus an indoor soft play for young children (as well as jacuzzis/ hot tubs, sauna for adults). The surrounding gardens and views of the sea were really wonderful and the private path down to the beachfront was great (although quite tricky if you have a pram or accessibility needs). Inside, some of the decor was quite tired and the hotel could do with a refurb in places but our room was spacious and clean. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.

Short break

We found the Chine Hotel was excellent although would imagine difficult access for the disabled. We were also disappointed that the only restaurant was italian and therefore very limited which meant that 2 of our 4 nights we had to eat elsewhere. The pool area would also benefit from more sunbeds.
