The rooms are very outdated. 0 room service, no store on site, pool could have been warmer, restaurants very pricey and the out door restaurant at the pool was just okay at best. I can say the working staff were awesome so friendly. I go to Florida a lot and I highly recommend The Grove Resort! You have to pay extra for tennis/mini golf WTH

Overall, very nice day. We did not get a chance to utilize any of the amenities. Although we did eat at the clubhouse at the Christmas buffet. Meal offered various Tasty selections, Patrice was a excellent server.

The 3 bedroom villa was nice. The exuberant up charges for the “ resort amenities” is ridiculous. Iday for the resort and parking pass for one car. Doesn’t include mini golf or pickel ball.We didn’t use the waterpark because we had adult children with us. Good luck getting in any of the hot tubs (too many little kids splashing around while parents sit on their phones. 😡. Same goes for one workout facility for the whole resort. So basically the additional charges for 6 nights lets you have access to the 3 not so great golf courses!! Never coming back.

The property was nice but the amenities where either closed, or closed early. If resort fees are a must, then the amenities should be available. Very limited menus, though the food was good, no towels for the pools, or pool staff to order food/drinks. The transportation throughout was great, shuttles and carts always available.

The hotel room smelled so musty and such a strong odor. We booked this for my sons birthday. Check in is at 4 and check out is at 10a. Terrible times so we never got to use the water park. We will never come again or recommend this place to anyone else.

The owner of the unit we rented really needs to step it up a bit. Shower door broken, leaky master bathroom faucet. No coffee filters. Loose tiles in the master bathroom in front of the shower. I’ve been a little disappointed these past couple of stays. And we have stain here at least 40 times. The last 5 years or so. I think it’s time to move on. Love the front desk employees. They are all great!!
