Great service!
Front desk assistant manager was super friendly and helpful, made our stay enjoyable. When we forgot our noise cancelling head phones in our room, pear tree helped to bring them to us at the airport so we would have them for our flight!

Stranded at the Pear Tree
We were here for 3 nights as our plane travel was cancelled due to snow/ice. Everyone was great and in this case having the popcorn/soda, wine/snacks saved us as far as getting food. The little store for food was okay but there were not many choices. Sandwiches would have been a better option. Janet was my hero helping us through everything.

Not as good as usual
We’ve stayed before and it’s been great. I am pet allergic but was told everything is carefully cleaned. This time, however, I had an allergic reaction to whatever has been in the room. Fan noisy in room. Liked shower but floor became slick while using the shower gel. More noisy this time. Clerk at check in was exceptionally nice and friendly.

I think it is terrible when need to check in early to freshen up and told your room is ready but we will charge you $20 to get in early! Money hungry. Needless to say last time staying here. I arrived at 2PM.
