Good hotel
Great hotel, lovely staff. Hotel is located 1.5miles from the pier which is quite far for a walk however this is the only downside. There is a nice beach near the hotel. Room was nice and service was excellent. Thank you!

Be pre prepared to pay £14 for overnight parking! Why I don’t know! A dry pool - with the lights flashing all night! Breakfast was a disaster- please go elsewhere

Very dated hotel. Absolutely fine for a business stop over and for the price.
Just a little rough round the edges. Good location and was quiet.

All good apart from very poor disabled parking bays. Only 2 and very narrow - no wider than any other bay. Poor location- either side of pillars which made them difficult to manoeuvre into. Couldn’t use as we need room to open doors fully.
Also felt the bed was too big for the room leaving no space around - couldn’t fully pull the chair out from under the desk area so pointless it being there.

Would stay again
Me and my fiancée stayed here for a night away and found the staff extremely welcoming and the hotel itself very nice. Our room was spot on and we would stay here again.

2 out of 5
The staff were very helpful. 5 out of 5 for the service, however the condition of the room really needs improvement. It’s outdated and needs refurbishment. Overall, 2 out of 5 as it did not quite meet the standards I expected for a Radisson-branded hotel.

What the hotel lacks in decor the staff more than make up in service.

Overall the hotel was quite good. Staff were friendly. The main negative was that it was very noisy; you could hear tv from neighbouring room, people walking around room above and doors banging. Also, outside our room was a radiator which was very noisy (gurgling/moving water) for about 2 hours from 10pm to just after midnight

Rooms were fine and looked newly renovated. They were very warm but that’s to be expected during a heatwave. We were a group of mixed gender friends and had requested twin rooms. Upon arrival we were told the hotel only had three twin rooms and we were given two out of the three, having booked four twins. Reception did not seem to care when we said we had booked twins and essentially said tough luck, you don’t always get what you ask for. When we entered the rooms the two twins were actually set up as doubles and the guests had to request extra bedding, unzip the beds and make them themselves.

Very nice hotel, well presented rooms with great amenities. The only downside was parking costs for hotel guests and limited dining. The staff were excellent as always and facilities very clean

Go somewhere else
The room was very tired. My bedside light didn’t work, the plug in the sink got stuck so the water wouldn’t drain away, the shower screen door wouldn’t shut properly so water was going everywhere, there was a Pringles wrapper on the floor so not too sure how thoroughly the rooms are cleaned.
You also have to pay for parking, which is £10. Had I have known this? I would’ve stayed at a better rated hotel for the same price when I take into account the price of parking.
I didn’t there’s no less than 1000 cigarette butts scattered on the floor outside the hotel entrance.
I have no idea how this hotel is a Radison.

Very nice decor in the downstairs lounge for guests and the dining area. Staff were also very professional and pleasant. However the downside was cleanliness of the room, there were small stains on the headboard, the coffee and tea had not been refilled and the towels seemed very thin and overused.
