My second floor room was great- nice beds and updated. First floor is being worked on so a little disheveled. No breakfast but I think that’s reflected in the prices. Overall was a solid place to stay.

Okay for an quick overnight
Nice enough for an overnight stay. Staff was kind and friendly. The worst part was nearly being gassed out of our room as someone with a diesel vehicle thought it a good idea to run their vehicle outside our window for 20 minutes with all the exhaust entering our room. It’s could use some updating but we were only there for 13 hours so we could overlook that.

It's a good place to stay
This is a good hotel. It's a bit dated, but you can tell that they are updating the things that matter. The room was very clean, had no smells, which is great, and was toasty warm. The rules for having my dog with me in the room were fair and I believe they made the hotel a nicer place to stay. It was an easy walk to the main street of Washburn and we could easily explore on foot from the hotel. We were warmly welcomed and I would stay here again. The photos of the rooms shown online are accurate.

East parking. Some of the staff were nice and helpful, but some of them (Gen Z) were not helpful. The TV didn’t really work properly which was very frustrating and the staff were no help. They have smart TVs but no remotes for them.

Unfortunately this property is very outdated. The beds squeaked so badly I was up all night everytime someone moved the slightest. The bathroom shower had mold ALL over. No amenities like breakfast or a pool. We paid way more for this room than it’s worth but there are limited options in the area. It’s been years since I have written such a poor review but this place needs a total facelift.
