informação falha na descrição do quarto levando a erro de avaliação para escolha do quarto ... recepção não sabia sobre horário do funcionamento do restaurante ... depois informou que o serviço é tercerizado ... descaso com o restaurante seu parceiro ... que por sinal teve um atendimento muito acolhedor para comigo e a comida saborosa foi servida no quarto.

Não foi boa, o quarto não era limpo, apesar de pedir para limpar, chegamos a adoecer de alergia. Café sem criatividade , mas o atendimento no café dos funcionários era bom, eram simpáticos. A recepção do hotel não era simpática. O manobrista muito simpático e solícito.
