Balconies in many rooms are not really balconies and shouldn’t be advertised as such. I missed having an actual balcony a lot (my booking said “with balcony”). The staff is amazing, extremely helpful - be sure to see Lady Sarah for all your tour adventures right there in the resort lobby - and just downright amazing.
