Not as good as last visit
The London Heathrow Airport's Hoppa bus no longer services this hotel, so we had to Uber from the airport. However, our Uber ride cost less than the Hoppa Bus. The room was extremely small as you could touch the walls from either side of the bed. The condition of the bathroom was old and dingy and the grout in the floor tile was black in areas. The room appears to need an update. There are no real restaurants nearby, except within various hotels or there is a McDonald's, about half a mile away.

Excellent just one problem.
I was upgraded to a room by the lift as i have a disability, which was very considerate. The toom rate was good, the room was clean, the only problem was the shower control was very stif and i could not turn it on, so no shower. I left at 5am so didnt trouble the staff I was in room 280

Meh
We entered our room to be greeted with very stained carpet and a bad musty smell. The water temperature constantly vacillated between warm and tepid, while I showered. Overall, there was just the sense that everything was well worn and past its prime. Management really needs to reinvest in the property. Stay was tolerabe for an overnight place to crash before our flight, but I certainly wouldn’t recommend
