Horrible Customer Service & Nasty Smell

When my wife and son checked into the location, they requested a pop up play pen so my son who has health issues could sleep. She was informed by the front desk person that there were playpens somewhere but that was too far to walk and she wasn't going to be doing that. I called the hotel and she told me the same thing. I called Choice Hotel's customer service and the person still said the same thing. they also said not one single other person was available to go find one for her. She said the room also has a funky smell, and, because my son couldn't sleep anywhere, and the room stunk she didn't get to sleep until 2am and had a Dr. Appointment for him early the next morning. I have booked this hotel multiple times and it was my preferred hotel due to the closeness of it's location to our Dr. We will not be staying here ever again. Terrible customer service and nasty rooms.
