This is our second time to stay in this hotel. The location of the hotel is one of the two main reasons we, a family of four, chose it for our 3-night stay in Montreal. The free breakfast buffet is another reason. Staff there are very friendly. Although the hotel’s condition is a bit dated, we will stay there again when we’re in Montreal. The location is just excellent.

Very clean from the lobby to the breakfast nook to the hallways and rooms. Staff was very attentive and friendly in all languages! They were helpful with the area and took the time to explain places of interest. The location is very accessible walking to St Catherine, to the water, and to many historical areas of Old Montreal.
