Bed bugs and worst customers service
The worst customer service we had through Mr Tariq . We the hotel had bed bugs we all suffer. They took €100 deposit and they said when you leave you will get it. But when i asked they said you will get in 24 hours back to your bank. Its been 35 hours and we have not received deposit which i will raise with hotel.com also we paid city tax in advance but they still charged us which also i will raise with Hotel.com.

The hotel was quite clean but the room had a weird smell. They did not have milk in the room and barely any coffee or sugar sachets. Staff get funny when you ask for milk and don’t make any effort to bring it to you even though it’s advertised. The fire alarm went off at 1am and it was chaotic. No staff on site to direct people to safety or to communicate what was going on or get people out of the building Everyone just gathered in the foyer. When staff did show up to say it’s ok, most of the communication was in French. We caught the gist of it that someone was smoking in the room and that’s why the alarm went off. Only one staff member on site. He was absolutely lovely but would be nice to have more staff available especially in situations like these.
