The name is confusing, because it is not a bed and breakfast, only a bed, no breakfast. We had some difficulties with the lock in our door, but the manager took care of that well enough. The location is a little distant, so lots of walking, but the bus tram/bus stop is near. Very messy outside, but so is all of Naples. The rooms were clean but the cleaner used too much scents.

The property is well managed and clean.within walking distance from the main train station.bus and tram right in the corner to get you to garibaldi train station.I had a very comfortable sleep apart form the noise outside.I give them 5 star.definitely will stay there again.

The room was modern and clean, and the owner very helpful. The area around the b&b isn’t the best but it’s very useful as it’s near the train station and fairly close to the airport too. The train station is within walking distance. I can’t fault the b&b, and will definitely use again in the future

Good for an overnight stop
Decent stay in Naples. Not too far from the train station. The room is nice and clean. We weren't offered breakfast, there was no air conditioning (the windows opened but the street noise was loud), the wifi had some trouble connecting, and we had to call to enter the building (there is a key pad but no buzzer). Overall, it was not bad for just a quick stopover.

Due to plane delays we arrived later than expected, entrance code to property was all done via text and worked well. Property cleaned every day by cleaner to a good standard, convenient location close to centre but can be noisy due to busy road but that's Italy, It is only accomodation,no breakfast included but plenty of good choice in local café s, would use again and good value

The property was in a run down area. It was on an extremely busy road with trams, cars and motorbikes constantly making noise as the double glazing wasn't very effective. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a kettle. There was plenty of hot water. I think the name is a bit misleading as it is not a Bed and Breakfast place, it's room only

Best place for Naples on a budget
The hotel chain seems to be starting, and you can contact them via WhatsApp and SMS / MMS , They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in late at like 8pm (WhatsApp) . We got to hotel super late and I didn’t know what to do. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. The rooms are new and so clean , you can walk to Garribaldi and get the Metro to Museo and Spanish Quarter . It won't last long at this price , do yourself a favour and get out there. The hotel is being a brown door , and Naples is old, but wait till you get in.

The room inside is quite good but required around 15mins walk from station. It was especially tiring after a long walk in the city. The surrounding area was dirty but quite safe. OvHowever, We had kinda a not very good experience as the staff at first charged the tourist tax wrong and returned the change to us with a broker 10Euro with tape on it. My husband didn’t know that it would bring us trouble in using it, we suspect the staff intentionally did that as we were tourists and knew nothing about no store would accept it. I dunno if this is intentional to trick tourists

Struttura super pulita, confortevole, per il prezzo pagato ottima scelta, non centralissima. La zona non è il massimo ma non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema. La gestione avviene con Smart check in ma non abbiamo avuto bisogno di nessun servizio aggiuntivo. Celere nella risposta su Whatsapp per ogni necessità. Meno di 1km da stazione e circa 1.5/8 km da spaccanapoli e via dei tribunali.
