Wonderful stay and location
Wonderful stay, staff at the hotel are professional and very friendly, always happy to help. Room was comfortable, clean and with a wonderful balcony with view of valley and Matterhorn! Great location and once you check in they will tell you about a very special short cut to get to and from hotel. (Great as hotel is locate hire up but in 10min you are in town with all it has to offer) Excellent location and facilities.

Get a room with the view it’s so worth it. We woke up every morning looking at the Matterhorn. Great staff, nice breakfast very comfortable room, good size. Short downhill walk into town and then of course back up after dinner but so worth it for that view. There is an elevator a bit further up the hill you can also take. Hotel has a jitney for your luggage.

Incredible view and room service. Great amenities and location. We can see the Matterhorn, hear church bells tolling and walk to town easily from our room in this beautiful hotel. I brought my mother and father and it was my responsibility to find and book our stay and this hotel made me look very favorable in their eyes. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Zermatt! It was very convenient, and the short walk to the village was a breeze. The staff was amiable, welcoming, and supportive. Easy access to/from the train station, village center and ski lift/slope. The breakfast is excellent with many options to fill up on for a day on the slopes. The coffee machine is exceptional. I enjoyed the hot tub / steam room to relax after a day on the slopes. The staff is friendly and helpful. As a solo traveler, it is great to have the option to select a smaller room and smaller bed at a good price point.
